Omelette Oat Muffins

Delicious, healthy, light option for you breakfast at home!

  •  5 eggs from which you use only 2 of the egg yolks and all the egg whites
  • chopped fresh organic spinach
  • chopped white mushrooms
  • asiago cheese- shredded
  • oats
  • 1/2 tea spoon of cumin
  • a little bit of salt
  • a little bit of black pepper
  • a little bit of red pepper

The way to do it:

In a big bowl, add the eggs and add the veggies, the spices and the oats. Mix them all together  with your hand and then pour the mix into sprayed with oil spray cups.  Bake  until golden  for approximately 20 minutes in a 375 pre-heat oven.
